Our “Totally Managed Backup Solution” means that we will monitor your backups on a daily basis.  If for any reason your computer stops backing up, our data center will be notified and we will contact you so we can remediate the situation AT NO EXTRA COST.

 

Also included at no additional cost is toll free support to assist you in recovering your data.  With other companies you are on your own!  In the event of a large data loss, we will ship you a portable hard drive or DVD with your critical data overnight so you do not have to wait days for your data to restore over the Internet.  Other companies either do not offer this service, or will charge you $500 for this service.  The only additional cost you would have would be the purchase or deposit on a portable drive, and the UPS or Federal Express fee.  All of our professional services are at no extra cost to you.
